Apple has had so much trouble getting the white iPhone to market, it almost seems anti-climactic now. I was going to get one originally, but I'm locked into my contract now so it's irrelevant.
Seems like Apple could have left the colors to after-market suppliers, for those customers desperate for a certain look.

Try resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM:

If this does not work, try resetting the SMC of your MBP:

This should solve the issue, so far I've not experience any issues with 6.7

Amoeba is an awful place to buy used CDs - any location.
It's fine for vinyl and even new CDs releases, but the selection and prices are superior at any of the online places mentioned above - eBay, Amazon, Half.com and even SecondSpin.
i would disagree with this --i've bought a good few of used cd's at amoeba and have never been disappointed

Strange. SL works on all my stuff without ever crashing, including my Hackintosh.
Me too, it works on my hackintosh. Yet with that said, I'd say that SL was not one of apple's greatest OS upates. I did have more issues initially with this then prior versions and had to hold off longer because of those problems then other versions of OSX.
While its been clearly documented that apple did a lot of under the hood type stuff. SL offered very little for the consumer. i think apple knew this when thy priced it much less then prior versions. 25 bucks vs. 125.

I jailbroke it because now I can add cydia apps that bypass some shortcomings of the native iPad (password protecting specific apps, mail enhancements, widgets, etc)
In my second post on this thread, I stated that I just reset the iPad and still have the same problem.
Just go to an Apple retail store, they'll fix it for you. Worst case scenario you'll get a replacement but since you jail broke the device, it may void the warranty without the exception of this issue. You don't seem to be clear enough of your problem.
Did you have this issue of the apps icon disappearing before you jail broke it? If you did, why didn't you go to Apple to look at it for you?
Or... Did this happen after jail breaking and the problem still persists even after factory reset?

Quality would be ok for decent frame rates. The higher the res, the lower the frame rates and the 27" iMac has a very high res. My son runs battlefield on his 2007 iMac, just barely. New ones should be much better.
