With a veritable army of Superheros all set to assault the movie theaters this summer - you know: "Thor", "Green Lantern", "Captain America" - we're thinking maybe it's time to have another kick at the can with the Superheroine movie. Sure, okay, fine, the Halle Berry "Catwoman" thing was a total fiasco... and yes, "Supergirl", that 1984 Helen Slater thing, was a disaster... as a result, now after years of speculation about "Wonder Woman" getting onto the big screen with, like, Megan Fox as the amazonian butt-kicker, it's instead been relegated to the wasteland of television. Pffffffft. TV.
Come on! The movie theaters NEED a superheroine to fill up those massive screens - and who on this here planet has more massive talents than the goddess herself Kate Upton? No one! So here's a casting suggestion to the powers that be - is Kate The Great NOT the best Power Girl imaginable?
Power Girl aka Kara Zor-L, Superman's first cousin and Earth-Two Supergirl counterpart would fit her like a glove! Come on, just look at how she fills out the outfit and everything... okay, yes that's just a Photoshop representation of the cartoon with Kate's head cropped on top - but you get the idea surely. Annnywayyyss, just a suggestion ;)
