Kate Upton Is Sad
The goddess Kate Upton is sad this morning. Really sad. What on earth could possibly make this gorgeous blonde supermodel so sad? Seriously - she's on top of the world right now. Well, unfortunately it's because there will no longer be any of her (or any other supermodel's) wonderful Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue pictures available on this here site.
Yup. Believe it or not the massive mega-corporation Time Inc. has sifted through all of the literally thousands upon thousands of internet sites that feature the WIDELY distributed pictures from their publication and have decided to target our little site, bringing all of their considerable forces to bear against us. I suppose we should be honoured. We're not of course, but maybe we should be.
Go on, go to Google and do a search for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue pictures. Go on. We'll wait. Okay - so how many MILLION results did you get? Yeah. We know. But they're shutting us down SPECIFICALLY. Nice.
Anyways, we're certainly not stupid enough to mess with them - so all Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue images have been removed this morning. If we've missed any - please let us know asap at billyidler[at]gmail[dot]com! We're just doing this for fun - we do not want to end up getting our pants sued off us by the great and mighty Time Inc. Cripes, you'd think maybe they had better things to do. But, apparently not.
Sorry.
Here's the legal and extremely threatening letter from Time Inc.'s Deputy General Counsel Judith R. Margolin at phone: 212-522-3890 and e-mail: judith_margolin@timeinc.com -- in case you're interested:
