Lanzarote a spanish island is the easternmost island and one of the most ancient of the archipelago ,and it has shown evidence of recent volcanic activity.Lanzarote miles of rocky,black impenetrable lava fields.It has a surface of 845,94km2 and a population of 139'506 inhabitants,the capital is Arrecife.
Lanzarote has three main tourist resorts:Puerto del Carmen,Costa Teguise and Playa Blanca.
